Get clear on what you want and what you truly need — there's always a difference, just like thinking and feeling are two different dimensions. My suggestion is to feel more and trust your intuition.
I address one issue at a time for a gentler and more effective approach. For example, if you have osteoporosis, we’ll focus on it, if it’s panic attacks, we’ll address those, and if you have writer’s block, we’ll work on unblocking it. Some issues may be interconnected and heal together, but decades of your life experiences won’t resolve in just one session. My healing works at a deep cellular level, often beyond what you can see. What needs to be healed at this time of your healing journey will always be healed — it’s my job.
Avoid rushing into a healing session before work-related commitments. Consider scheduling sessions before the weekend or on a day off, when you're under less stress, to maximize the healing experience. This is not a doctor's appointment, it is your personal healing sacred space, which should be as peaceful as you can make it.
Step 2: Set the Right Vibe
Create a Calm Space
Personally, I don’t care if you’re in pajamas or without makeup, or if you’re in a messy kitchen or cluttered bedroom—this is not an Architectural Digest Open Door tour. Just intuitively find a place to sit or lie down where you feel most comfortable. I can’t heal people who have sessions in coffee houses or public places due to energetic interference from busy surroundings. Hospitals or hotel rooms are fine, though.
Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed during your session. Light a candle—any kind will do, as it symbolizes archetypically light and hope. You may also want to use aromatherapy, burn incense, or cleanse the space with sage to enhance relaxation. Ensure there are no interruptions from phone calls, children, or pets. If it helps you feel more at ease, surround yourself with religious symbols or images of saints. If you wish, you can meditate for a few minutes before the session, focusing on easy breathing in and out—it will help save us some time.
Step 3: Be On Time
Be Available for Your Scheduled Call
Ensure you are ready and available for the video or phone call at the agreed-upon time. Don’t waste your investment—if you are running late, simply message me through WhatsApp, and we can work together to push the session half an hour later. Sometimes it's possible, and other times it may not be. Otherwise, I usually wait no more than 10 minutes for you before I leave. Yes, you can always reschedule free of charge, but please remember that this healing is a commitment to yourself, and it’s very important to stick to the healing plan as scheduled.
Every session is limited by time, so please don’t expect to hold a conversation for more than what is scheduled. Sometimes, I may need to work on you for a little bit longer, so for your peace of mind, please allow an additional 15 or 30 minutes for the session if this is the case. I never charge for any extra minutes, it is completely free and necessary to finish certain energetic work on you.
Step 4: During the Session
This Is Not A Job Interview
During the first few minutes of the session, we’ll briefly discuss your current state and your expectations for the healing outcome. After setting clear goals for the therapy results, I will work slowly with Theta waves to quiet your mental chatter. We’ll incorporate simple breathwork using elemental energies like air, fire, water, and earth, which will help you fully relax and enter a peaceful, meditative state. I do not use hypnosis, so you will remain fully aware throughout the session. We’ll then take a moment of silence while I energetically help close your mind and open your heart. This is often described as a beautiful, heavenly feeling. And this is the point where the healing process begins.
Throughout the session, I may ask clients to firmly press and hold certain points on their body to release built-up emotional density. Please wear comfortable clothes, as you may be asked to stretch at times. Depending on the energy healing modality I am using, you may experience flashes of memory or see familiar faces, archetypal, or religious symbols as I connect with your energetic imprints. You might also notice emotional releases through sensations like coughing, yawning, skin itching, muscle tension, hot and cold flashes, stomach cramps, crying (including intense crying or the urge to scream), or even strong emotional shifts. In very rare, intense sessions, some people may experience vomiting, as suppressed emotions, such as anger, hate or frustration, are often stored in the digestive system.
Please remember that everyone reacts differently. Some people sense a lot, while others feel absolutely nothing, and both are perfectly fine in the healing process. The experiences described here are completely normal and part of the necessary energetic purging process. They are temporary and typically last only a couple of minutes before they pass. I will always provide instant support to guide you safely through the session and help balance your energetic field.
If needed, have tissues handy, as tears are a powerful cleansing catalyst. Feel free to wear comfortable clothes, stay in your pajamas, or sip on coffee, tea, red wine, or even smoke a cigarette—especially during psychotherapy sessions—whatever feels best for you. The session is always centered on your authenticity and comfort. This is not a job interview, you simply don’t need to impress me. I already know that you are a beautiful soul who asked for help, and that's all that matters to me.
Step 5: Integration In Every Session
Post-session Reflections
After the energy work is completed, we engage in a discussion about your experience. During this time, you may gain new perspectives and insights. Integrating the healing experience into every energy healing session enhances the effectiveness of the practice and promotes lasting transformation. The integration process typically lasts around 15 minutes, though it may be longer or shorter depending on your needs.
After the session, I always recommend taking your day easy, relaxing, and doing things that make your soul happy. Whether it’s taking a walk in nature, cooking some amazing food from childhood, or going to buy the red Porsche you’ve always wanted, remember that now you can! Simply nourish yourself.
"And now you can exit my spaceship. See you next time!"
